Kizeo Forms integration

Kizeo Forms is a mobile forms platform for field data collection. List forms and read their definitions, search and read submitted form data, read new data per action and mark it read or unread, push pre-filled data to a mobile user, download a submission as PDF, Word or Excel or several as CSV, Excel or PDF, fetch the photos attached to a submission, read and replace external lists, and manage users, groups and group leaders. Revoking API tokens is left out (it would cut this connection). Authentication is an API token sent raw in the Authorization header; Kizeo support issues it on request from an account administrator, for an administrator or a group leader.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Kizeo Forms.Built from the 42 Kizeo Forms tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Kizeo Forms

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

User, 8 operations

  • add_group_userAdd group userPOSTAdds one user to a group and returns the group.
  • add_group_usersAdd group usersPOSTAdds several users to a group in one call.
  • create_userCreate userPOSTCreates a user in the account. login, password, first_name, last_name, admin and form_user are required. Returns the new user's id in data.id.
  • delete_userDelete userDELETEDeletes a user from the account.
  • list_group_usersList group usersGETLists the users of a group.
  • list_usersList usersGETLists all users of the account (id, login, names, email, roles). Use an id as userId or recipient_user_id.
  • remove_group_userRemove group userDELETERemoves one user from a group (the user is not deleted) and returns the group.
  • update_userUpdate userPUTUpdates a user; login is required, every other field is optional and only the fields you send change.

Group, 5 operations

  • create_groupCreate groupPOSTCreates a group, optionally under a parent group.
  • delete_groupDelete groupDELETEDeletes a group.
  • get_groupGet groupGETReturns one group with its users, leaders and child groups.

  • add_group_leadersAdd group leadersPOSTMakes several users leaders of a group in one call.
  • list_group_leadersList group leadersGETLists the leaders of a group.
  • remove_group_leaderRemove group leaderDELETERemoves one leader from a group (the user stays) and returns the group.

List, 3 operations

  • get_external_listGet external listGETReturns one external list with its items (each a string such as key:value), with the list's filters applied. Use get_external_list_complete to ignore them.
  • list_external_listsList external listsGETLists the external lists the token's user has rights on (id, name, last update). Use an id as listId.
  • replace_external_list_itemsReplace external list itemsPUTReplaces ALL items of an external list with the items you send: every current item is deleted first. Read them with get_external_list_complete and send the full new set.

Pdf, 3 operations

  • download_data_pdfDownload data pdfGETDownloads one submission as the form's standard PDF and returns it as a stored file.
  • export_data_pdfExport data pdfGETExports one submission through a Word or Excel export model (from list_exports), converted to PDF, and returns it as a stored file.
  • export_multiple_data_pdfExport multiple data pdfPOSTExports several submissions through a Word or Excel export model (from list_exports) to PDF; returns a PDF, or a ZIP of PDFs, as a stored file.

Export, 2 operations

  • export_dataExport dataGETExports one submission through a Word or Excel export model (from list_exports) and returns the document as a stored file.
  • list_exportsList exportsGETLists the Word and Excel export models of a form (id, name, type, default flag). Use an id as exportId in the export tools.

Form, 2 operations

  • get_formGet formGETReturns the full definition of one form: its fields keyed by field identifier (caption, type, required...), its export models and its options.
  • list_formsList formsGETLists the forms the token's user can access, with their ids and names. Use an id as formId in the other form tools.

Advanced, 1 operation

  • search_form_dataSearch form dataPOSTSearches the submissions of a form (or of every form with formId all) with a global text filter, field filters and an order. Returns the matching submissions in data.

Complete, 1 operation

  • get_external_list_completeGet external list completeGETReturns one external list with all its items, ignoring the list's filters (unlike get_external_list).

Csv, 1 operation

  • export_data_csvExport data csvPOSTExports the chosen submissions of a form as CSV using the standard CSV layout, returned as a stored file.

Csv custom, 1 operation

  • export_data_csv_customExport data csv customPOSTExports the chosen submissions of a form as CSV using the form's custom CSV export layout, returned as a stored file.

Data, 1 operation

  • get_form_dataGet form dataGETReturns one submission of a form with its field values.

Excel, 1 operation

  • export_data_excelExport data excelPOSTExports the chosen submissions of a form as Excel using the standard Excel list layout, returned as a stored file.

Excel custom, 1 operation

  • export_data_excel_customExport data excel customPOSTExports the chosen submissions of a form as Excel using the form's custom Excel export layout, returned as a stored file.

Use Kizeo Forms from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Kizeo Forms in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Kizeo Forms operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Kizeo Forms

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Kizeo Forms once

Add your Kizeo Forms connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
