Kintone integration

Kintone (Cybozu) is a no-code business app platform. Read, add, update and delete records of Kintone Apps with kintone queries, cursors for large reads, comments, process management statuses and assignees, bulk transactions and file attachments; read and change App settings (form fields, layout, views, graphs, notifications, permissions, process management) and deploy them; manage Spaces, threads and guest users. Plug-in import, update and uninstall are not exposed, nor are guest-space App routes. Authentication: an App API token (X-Cybozu-API-Token, record and App-settings tools of that App only; several tokens may be comma-separated) or password authentication (X-Cybozu-Authorization, the Base64 of login_name:password), which every tool accepts. kintone_host is your Kintone domain, for example example.kintone.com or example.cybozu.com.

What you can do with Kintone

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Record, 7 operations

create_recordCreate recordPOSTAdds one record to an App. record maps each field code to {"value": ...}; fields left out take their default values. Returns the new record id and revision.
create_recordsCreate recordsPOSTAdds up to 100 records to an App in one call; records is an array of objects mapping field codes to {"value": ...}. Returns their ids and revisions.
delete_recordsDelete recordsDELETEDeletes up to 100 records of an App by id. With revisions, nothing is deleted when a record changed since that revision. If one deletion fails, no record is deleted.
get_recordGet recordGETReturns one record of an App by App ID and record ID, every field keyed by its field code with its type and value.
