IQAir AirVisual integration

IQAir AirVisual gives real-time air quality and weather for cities and monitoring stations worldwide: US EPA and Chinese AQI with the main pollutant, temperature, humidity, pressure and wind, plus, on higher plans, pollutant concentrations (PM2.5, PM10, O3, NO2, SO2, CO), forecasts and 48-hour history. Browse the supported countries, states, cities and stations by name, look up the nearest city or station to a latitude and longitude, or rank major cities by AQI. The IP-geolocation lookups (nearest city or station without coordinates) are not exposed, since they would locate the LiveContext server. Fields and tools depend on the plan: Community (free) has city-level data, overall AQI and current weather at 5 calls per minute, 500 per day and 10,000 per month; Startup adds stations and pollutant concentrations; Enterprise adds forecasts, history and the city ranking. A failed call answers status fail with a reason code in data.message (incorrect_api_key, api_key_expired, call_limit_reached, too_many_requests above 10 calls per second, feature_not_available, no_nearest_station, ip_location_failed); a key that is not recognized can also answer HTTP 403 with the message Forbidden. Authentication is an API key from the IQAir dashboard, sent as the key query parameter.
