Integration

Invoiced integration

Invoiced is accounts receivable and billing software: invoicing, payments, subscriptions and collections. Manage customers and their contacts, read a customer's balance, create, update, send by email, void and delete invoices, estimates and credit notes, turn an estimate into an invoice, record, update, void and email receipts for payments, manage items, tax rates, coupons and plans, create, preview, update and cancel subscriptions, bill metered usage as pending line items, adjust credit balances, and keep notes and collection tasks. Customers, contacts and payments are personal data, and every send tool emails a customer. Left out: charging a card or bank account (pay invoice, charges, refunds), payment sources, payment plans, SMS and postal letters, consolidated invoices, files and events. Invoiced itself still charges the payment source of a customer with AutoPay on for the invoices issued to them, including invoices created here. Authentication is HTTP Basic with the API key (Settings, Developers, API Keys) as user name and a blank password, entered as the Base64 of the key followed by a colon. Calls go to api.invoiced.com, not to the sandbox environment.

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Invoiced.Built from the 89 Invoiced tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Invoiced

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use Invoiced from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Invoiced in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Invoiced operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Invoiced

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Invoiced once

Add your Invoiced connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
