Integration

Intelliprint integration

Intelliprint prints and posts physical letters and postcards from the UK. An agent can create a print job from text or HTML content, a template, or a PDF, Word, RTF, JPG or PNG file given by URL or as base64, send it to listed recipients or to a stored mailing list, choose postage, envelope, printing and scheduling options, confirm it for printing, track each letter's status and cost, and cancel it. It also manages reusable backgrounds (letterheads) and mailing lists with their recipients. Print jobs are only sent once confirmed, and testmode jobs are neither charged nor sent. Request bodies are sent as JSON, so direct binary file upload (multipart) is not offered: pass files by URL or base64. Authentication is an Intelliprint API key sent as a Bearer token in the Authorization header.

The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Intelliprint.Built from the 20 Intelliprint tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Intelliprint

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Background, 5 operations

  • create_backgroundCreate backgroundPOSTStores background artwork (a letterhead) from a base64 PDF, RTF or Word file, to apply to letters by passing its id in a print job's background.first_page or background.other_pages.
  • delete_backgroundDelete backgroundDELETEDeletes a background. It fails if any print job used the background in the last 90 days, since it is kept until such print jobs are archived.
  • get_backgroundGet backgroundGETRetrieves a background by id. Each retrieval refreshes its pdf field to a new signed preview URL that expires after 1 hour.
  • list_backgroundsList backgroundsGETLists stored backgrounds page by page with limit and skip (has_more, total_available), sortable by created or name, optionally filtered by team id.
  • update_backgroundUpdate backgroundPOSTRenames a background or changes the team it is restricted to in the dashboard.

Mailing list, 5 operations

  • create_mailing_listCreate mailing listPOSTCreates a mailing list, optionally adding recipients in bulk, to send a print job to all of them by passing its id as mailing_list in create_print_job.
  • delete_mailing_listDelete mailing listDELETEDeletes a mailing list along with all the recipients in it.
  • get_mailing_listGet mailing listGETRetrieves a mailing list by id: its name, recipient count, the dynamic variables its recipients carry, and address validation status.
  • list_mailing_listsList mailing listsGETLists mailing lists page by page with limit and skip (has_more, total_available).
  • update_mailing_listUpdate mailing listPOSTRenames a mailing list and adds recipients in bulk; set delete_old_recipients to true to replace all stored recipients with the new ones.

Mailing list recipient, 5 operations

  • create_mailing_list_recipientCreate mailing list recipientPOSTAdds one recipient (address and optional template variables) to a mailing list. To add many at once, use create_mailing_list or update_mailing_list.
  • delete_mailing_list_recipientDelete mailing list recipientDELETEDeletes one recipient from a mailing list.
  • get_mailing_list_recipientGet mailing list recipientGETRetrieves one recipient of a mailing list by id: address, variables and address validation status.
  • list_mailing_list_recipientsList mailing list recipientsGETLists the recipients of a mailing list page by page with limit and skip (has_more, total_available).
  • update_mailing_list_recipientUpdate mailing list recipientPOSTUpdates the address or template variables of one recipient in a mailing list.

Print job, 5 operations

  • create_print_jobCreate print jobPOSTCreates a letter or postcard print job from content (text or HTML), a template id or a file (URL or base64), for recipients or a mailing_list. Nothing is sent until confirmed is true; use testmode to try it free.
  • delete_print_jobDelete print jobDELETECancels each waiting_to_print letter of a confirmed print job and refunds them (letters already in processing or sent are not cancelled), or deletes an unconfirmed print job entirely.
  • get_print_jobGet print jobGETRetrieves a print job by id: its letters with their status (draft, waiting_to_print, printing, enclosing, shipping, sent, cancelled, returned, failed_wrong_address), postage, pages and cost.
  • list_print_jobsList print jobsGETLists print jobs, newest first by default, page by page with limit and skip (has_more, total_available). Filter by testmode (live only by default), confirmed, type, reference or letters.status.
  • update_print_jobUpdate print jobPOSTUpdates an unconfirmed print job (reference, postage, printing, backgrounds, splitting, testmode). Set confirmed to true to submit it for printing; a confirmed job can no longer be updated.

Use Intelliprint from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Intelliprint in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Intelliprint operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Intelliprint

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Intelliprint once

Add your Intelliprint connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
