Integration

Insighto.ai integration

Insighto.ai builds AI voice and chat agents that answer on phone lines, WhatsApp, SMS, web chat and social inboxes. Place outbound AI phone calls and send WhatsApp or SMS messages (these reach real people), read conversations and their transcripts, manage contacts and their custom fields, assistants with their data sources and intents, captured forms and intents, calendar pools (check free slots and book appointments on teammates' real Google Calendars), workflows and their runs, campaign contact lists, prompts, voices and usage. Left out: agency and white-label administration, billing, provider API keys, channel credentials and Twilio or WhatsApp setup, the WhatsApp template list (Insighto relays Meta's raw answer, whose paging links may carry the WhatsApp access token), tool connections, outbound webhooks (they carry a signing secret), tags, conversation flows, and creating or editing widgets, forms and campaigns (their settings objects are not documented). Authentication is an API key (it starts with in-) created under Settings, API Keys in Insighto, sent as the api_key query parameter.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Insighto.ai.Built from the 96 Insighto.ai tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Insighto.ai

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

How to connect Insighto.ai

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Insighto.ai once

Add your Insighto.ai connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
