Ideal Postcodes integration

Ideal Postcodes is an address data API built on Royal Mail's Postcode Address File and other national datasets. Look up every address at a UK postcode, fetch an address by its UDPRN or UMPRN, autocomplete and resolve partial addresses, search addresses by text or coordinates, cleanse a freeform address into its closest match, look up places, and validate email addresses and phone numbers. Account and API key management (licensees, configs, usage, logs), which needs a separate management key, and the CLI sign-up routes are not included. Authentication is an API key (begins ak_) sent as a Bearer token in the Authorization header.
