Integration

Hubstaff integration

Hubstaff is time tracking and workforce management software. Read organizations, members, projects, tasks, clients and teams; pull tracked activity (10-minute blocks and daily totals), tool usage, GPS locations, attendance shifts, timesheets, notes, invoices, payments and Insights productivity reports; create and update projects, tasks, clients, teams, invites, job sites, attendance schedules, overtime and time off policies; approve or deny time off and manual time requests; add time entries. Many reads expose personal data (pay rates, payroll, GPS positions, IP addresses). Not exposed: screenshots and their settings, app and URL tracking settings, webhook subscriptions (they need an echo handshake), metadata editing, integration links, organization creation, Silent app patterns, and the rates, job types and tool categories lists (no documented response). Authentication is a Hubstaff organization access token (hsoat_..., created by an owner, manager or Manage-IT member under Settings, Organization, API tokens; it acts as the member it is assigned to and never needs refreshing) sent as a Bearer token. A personal access token cannot be pasted here: it is a refresh token that must be exchanged first.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Hubstaff.Built from the 148 Hubstaff tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Hubstaff

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

How to connect Hubstaff

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Hubstaff once

Add your Hubstaff connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
