Integration

Hostaway integration

Hostaway is a vacation rental property management system and channel manager. Manage listings (details, images, fees, rental agreements, price settings and units), read and update calendars (availability, prices, stay limits), calculate stay prices, create, update and cancel reservations, read their change logs, finance fields and message templates, message guests in their conversations, manage tasks, expenses and extras, offline guest charges and refunds, coupons, custom fields, cancellation policies and unified webhooks, respond to reviews, and read users, owner statements, tax settings, seasonal rules and finance reports. Not exposed: guest payment cards and Stripe setup intents (card data), the deprecated reservation and conversation webhooks, the per-user read (it returns calendar keys), and the routes whose path the reference contradicts (listing fee update, listing agreement deletion, unified webhook log list). Reservation door codes, the listing door security code and Wi-Fi passwords are never returned (they can still be set). Authentication: a Hostaway access token, sent as a Bearer token. Generate it once with Hostaway's client credentials token request (your Hostaway account ID as client ID, the API secret from your Hostaway dashboard, scope general); it stays valid 24 months.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Hostaway.Built from the 107 Hostaway tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Hostaway

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use Hostaway from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Hostaway in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Hostaway operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Hostaway

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Hostaway once

Add your Hostaway connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
