Integration

Helpwise integration

Helpwise is a shared inbox for teams handling customer email, SMS, WhatsApp and social messages. List and read the conversations of your inboxes with their messages, close, move back to the inbox, mark as spam, trash or delete conversations, apply and remove tags, send or schedule SMS and WhatsApp messages (WhatsApp templates included), manage contacts and custom fields, and read the overall, team and per-tag reports. Conversations and contacts are personal data, and the send tool messages real customers. Left out: the older V0 API on another host (inbox and user lists, sending email, notes, assignment), whose answers are undocumented, the inboxes report (no route given) and website form submission. Authentication is HTTP Basic with the Helpwise API key as user name and the API secret as password (Settings, API Key).

The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Helpwise.Built from the 26 Helpwise tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Helpwise

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use Helpwise from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Helpwise in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Helpwise operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Helpwise

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Helpwise once

Add your Helpwise connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
