Hailey HR integration

Hailey HR is an HR platform. Through its Open API an agent can read the company structure (teams, departments, locations, titles, cost centers, legal entities), employees and their employments, reported time and time off, competences, certificates, educations and job ads; quick add employees, change a company email, clock employees in and out and record breaks, import time off, finished one-to-ones and education sessions, start a hiring process for a candidate, and upload documents to an employee's folder. What each call returns depends on the rights of the Hailey user who created the key. Not exposed: salary routes, salary types, the unauthenticated public employee list, the deprecated company educations list and the custom employee field update; employee bank details, personal identity numbers, birth dates, gender, private contact details and addresses, emergency contacts, salaries, one-to-one and 360 review content, custom field values and legal entity registration numbers are not returned. Authentication is a personal access token created in Hailey (profile menu, Access tokens) by an administrator or a user with the View and edit Integrations right; it carries that user's rights, is shown once, is valid for one year, and is sent as Authorization: Bearer <token>.

What you can do with Hailey HR

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
