GoldRush integration

GoldRush (by Covalent, formerly the Covalent API) is a read-only multichain blockchain data API for 100+ chains (EVM chains, Bitcoin and more): token and native balances (spot and historical), daily portfolio value, NFT holdings and ownership checks, transaction history and summaries, ERC20 transfers, token holders, token approvals, event logs, blocks, gas prices, token and DEX pool prices, and ENS name resolution. Every tool is a GET; none sends, signs or revokes anything. Chain names are case-sensitive (eth-mainnet, not ethereum): list_chains returns them. Billing is in API credits per call or per returned item (each tool states its cost; pages default to 100 items): the 14-day free trial includes 25,000 credits at 4 requests per second, Vibe Coding is $10/month for 10,000 credits at 4 requests per second, Professional $250/month for 300,000 credits at 50 requests per second. Not exposed: the x402 pay-per-request proxy, the Streaming (WebSocket) API, the Hyperliquid APIs and the warehouse delivery products; to list a whole block use list_block_transactions_by_page or list_block_hash_transactions. Every response wraps the payload in data, with error, error_message and error_code describing a failure. Authentication is a GoldRush API key from the GoldRush platform, sent as Authorization: Bearer <key>.

The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in GoldRush.Built from the 36 GoldRush tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with GoldRush

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Transaction, 10 operations

  • get_transactionGet transactionGETGets one transaction by hash with its decoded logs; on foundational chains it can add internal transfers (with-internal) and input data (with-input-data). Costs 0.1 credits per call.
  • get_transaction_summaryGet transaction summaryGETGets the transaction count and the earliest and latest transaction of an address; with-gas adds gas spend, with-transfer-count adds ERC20 transfer counts. Costs 1 credit per call.
  • list_bitcoin_transactionsList bitcoin transactionsGETLists the full transaction history of a Bitcoin non-HD address (address param), paged with page-number and page-size. Costs 0.1 credits per item.
  • list_block_hash_transactionsList block hash transactionsGETLists all transactions in a block identified by its block hash, with decoded logs. Costs 0.1 credits per item.
  • list_block_transactions_by_pageList block transactions by pageGETLists the transactions in a block (height or latest) one 0-indexed page at a time, with decoded logs. Costs 0.1 credits per item.
  • list_earliest_transactionsList earliest transactionsGETLists the earliest transactions of an address, from its first 15-minute time bucket (current_bucket, complete and links describe the position). Costs 0.1 credits per item.

  • list_recent_transactionsList recent transactionsGETLists the most recent transactions of an address (newest first), with decoded logs. Costs 0.1 credits per item. For older pages call list_transactions_by_page with a page number.
  • list_time_bucket_transactionsList time bucket transactionsGETLists all transactions of an address inside one 15-minute time bucket (timeBucket = Unix time divided by 900), with decoded logs. Costs 0.1 credits per item.
  • list_transactions_by_pageList transactions by pageGETLists the transactions of an address one page at a time (page is 0-indexed; current_page and links show where you are), with decoded logs. Costs 0.1 credits per item.

Balance, 7 operations

  • get_bitcoin_balanceGet bitcoin balanceGETGets the Bitcoin balance of a non-HD address with its spot price in the quote currency. Costs 1 credit per call. For an xPub/yPub/zPub use list_bitcoin_hd_wallet_balances.
  • get_historical_bitcoin_balanceGet historical bitcoin balanceGETGets the Bitcoin balance of a non-HD address at a past block height or date (block-height or date param), with daily prices. Costs 1 credit per call.
  • get_native_token_balanceGet native token balanceGETGets only the native token balance (e.g. ETH on eth-mainnet) of an EVM address, with its quote. Costs 0.5 credits per call. Lighter than list_token_balances.
  • list_bitcoin_hd_wallet_balancesList bitcoin hd wallet balancesGETLists the balance of each active child address derived from a Bitcoin HD wallet (pass its xPub, yPub or zPub). Costs 0.1 credits per item.
  • list_historical_token_balancesList historical token balancesGETLists the native and ERC20 balances an address held at a past block height or date (block-height or date), with daily prices. Costs 1 credit per call.
  • list_multichain_token_balancesList multichain token balancesGETLists native and token balances of one EVM address on up to 10 chains in one call (chains param, default all foundational chains). Costs 2.5 credits per call. ENS names are not accepted here.
  • list_token_balancesList token balancesGETLists the native and ERC20 token balances of an address on one chain, with spot prices and quotes. Costs 1 credit per call. Pass no-spam=true to drop suspected spam tokens.

Chain, 3 operations

  • list_active_chains_for_addressList active chains for addressGETLists the chains an address has been active on, with the last time it was seen on each. Costs 0.5 credits per call. Pass testnets=true to include testnets.
  • list_chainsList chainsGETLists every chain GoldRush supports, with the exact chain name (e.g. eth-mainnet) every other tool takes as chainName. Costs 0.01 credits per call.
  • list_chain_statusesList chain statusesGETLists the status of every supported chain: latest available block height and time, and whether it has data ready for querying. Costs 1 credit per call.

Event log, 3 operations

  • list_contract_event_logsList contract event logsGETLists the event logs emitted by one contract address over a block range (starting-block, ending-block). Costs 0.01 credits per item.

Use GoldRush from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect GoldRush in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its GoldRush operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect GoldRush

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect GoldRush once

Add your GoldRush connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
