GoFormz integration

GoFormz turns paper forms into mobile digital forms. Create forms from templates with pre-filled field values and an assignment to a user or group, read and update field values, mark forms complete or re-open them as drafts, transfer, version and delete them, export a form to PDF, share public form links, and manage data sources (lookup tables that pre-fill form fields) with single and batch row writes, plus templates, users, groups, files and form-complete webhooks. API calls per hour and per day depend on the GoFormz plan (2,000 per hour on Enterprise, 25 to 50 per day on Team and Advanced). The SCIM user-provisioning API and the undocumented v3 preview routes are not exposed. Authentication is OAuth 2 client credentials: the Client ID and Client Secret from Settings, API Access in the GoFormz web app are exchanged for a one-hour access token sent as a Bearer token.

What you can do with GoFormz

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Data source row, 8 operations

create_data_source_rowCreate data source rowPOSTAdds one row to a data source. Returns the new row's id and url; a keyColumn that already exists is refused with 422.

Form, 7 operations

Webhook, 5 operations

Form export, 2 operations
