GoDaddy Domains integration

GoDaddy is a domain registrar and DNS host. With the Domains API an agent can suggest domain names, check availability and prices, quote and register a domain (a real, irreversible charge), list and inspect the account's domains, renew a domain (a real charge), turn auto-renew and the transfer lock on or off, replace a domain's nameservers, manage DNS records (changes go live at once and can take a website or email offline), update WHOIS contacts and resend the registrant email verification. GoDaddy states that management calls need an account that holds at least one domain or is on a plan granting management access, and that registration and renewal need a billing method on file or a funded Good as Gold balance. Not exposed: transfers, forwarding, privacy forwarding and notifications (v2, keyed by a customer id), domain cancellation, the v1 routes that v3 replaces (purchase and its validation helpers, availability, suggestions, listing, DNS) and WHOIS exposure settings. Authentication is a GoDaddy Personal Access Token (Bearer) created in the developer portal with the domains scopes the tools need; the legacy sso-key credential does not work with the v3 routes.
