Gleap integration
Gleap is a customer support and feedback platform. With this API an agent can work the support inbox as your team: list, create, update, assign, snooze, merge, archive and delete tickets, read their history, post replies or internal notes, create and look up contacts and their memory entries, manage companies and their members, run workflows, maintain help center collections and articles, move entries through CRM pipelines, and search the knowledge base or find similar tickets. Not exposed: engagement campaigns (banners, emails, surveys, tours, news), imports and exports, uploads, presence and typing signals, statistics, invitations, and the separate server-to-server Conversations API, which needs a service-account token. Authentication is a project API key (Project Settings, Security, API Key) sent as a Bearer token together with the project id in the Project header; the server API needs the Team plan or higher. Only EU-region projects (api.gleap.io) are reachable: US-region projects use another host.
Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.
What you can do with Gleap
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use Gleap from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
Connect Gleap in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Gleap operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

}
}How to connect Gleap
- Create your workspace
Sign up free. Nothing to install.
- Connect Gleap once
Add your Gleap connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
- Describe the job in chat
The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
