Gist integration
Gist (getgist.com) is a customer messaging, marketing automation and help desk platform. Create, update, find and delete contacts (one at a time or in batches), track events, manage and apply tags, read segments, forms and their submissions, subscribe contacts to email campaigns and subscription types, run the inbox (create, reply to, assign, prioritize, tag, untag, close and search conversations, and read conversation counts), read teams and teammates, manage knowledge base articles and collections, and sync e-commerce stores, customers, products, variants, categories, carts and orders. Not exposed, because the reference contradicts itself on them: article search and collection update (two different routes given for each) and conversation snooze (two spellings of its time field). Authentication is the API key from the Integration Settings of your Gist dashboard, sent as a Bearer token.

The workflow builds itself.
What you can do with Gist
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use Gist from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
Connect Gist in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Gist operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.
claude mcp add --transport http livecontext https://livecontext.ai/mcp --header "X-API-Key: YOUR_API_KEY"[mcp_servers.livecontext]

}
}How to connect Gist
- Create your workspace
Sign up free. Nothing to install.
- Connect Gist once
Add your Gist connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
- Describe the job in chat
The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
