Form.taxi integration

Form.taxi is a form backend for websites: an HTML form posts to https://form.taxi/s/<form code> and Form.taxi stores the submission, filters spam and emails it. With this API an agent can read the submissions of one form, newest pages first, with their field values (as key-value pairs and as a ready text, HTML or Markdown summary), filtered by start date and optionally including the spam folder. Attachment download links and the dashboard link of each submission are not returned. Not exposed: the keyless create-endpoint route, which opens a new Form.taxi account for an email address. The API needs the Standard plan or higher (error access_not_allowed otherwise). Authentication is the form's own API key (form overview, Connection data box) sent in the Api-Key header, together with the form code; one connection covers one form.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Form.taxi.Built from the 1 Form.taxi tool below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Form.taxi

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

  • list_submissionsList submissionsGETLists the submissions of the connected form with every field value and a text, HTML and Markdown summary, 25 per page by default (up to 50). Raise page until it reaches data.pagination.totalPages.

Use Form.taxi from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Form.taxi in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Form.taxi operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Form.taxi

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Form.taxi once

Add your Form.taxi connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
