Integration

Finmo integration

Finmo is a payments and treasury platform for businesses. Collect money with local payin methods or a hosted checkout page, refund payins, send domestic and cross-border payouts, quote and book FX conversions, move funds between wallets, set up payment plans and recurring collections, and read wallet ledgers, transactions and webhook delivery history. Creating payins, payouts, refunds, conversions, transfers and recurring charges moves real money with a production key; a sandbox key never reaches a bank, and the simulate_* tools complete sandbox records. Customer profiles (KYC data), payout beneficiaries and senders, virtual accounts, card tokenization, KYC document uploads, QR decoding, card payin intents and payin or payout memo downloads are not exposed, and beneficiary bank details, sender details, metadata and webhook or receipt contact fields are not returned. Exceeding Finmo rate limits returns HTTP 429; Finmo raises limits on request. Authentication is HTTP Basic: the Access API key as username and the Secret API key as password, generated as a pair in the Finmo dashboard (the key decides sandbox or production).

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Finmo.Built from the 48 Finmo tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Finmo

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Payin, 5 operations

  • cancel_payinCancel payinPATCHCancels a PENDING payin for real, only for payin methods whose is_cancellable is true (see get_payin_method_fields). Finmo then sends the payin cancelled webhook.
  • create_payinCreate payinPOSTCreates a real payin: a request for a payer to pay you by the chosen method. Returns payin_id, status and pay_code (the payment instructions to show the payer). Build payin_method_param from get_payin_method_fields.
  • get_payinGet payinGETReturns one payin by its payin_id (from create_payin or list_payins): amount, status, paid and refunded amounts, fees, refundability flags and pay_code instructions.

Use Finmo from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Finmo in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Finmo operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Finmo

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Finmo once

Add your Finmo connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
