Integration

Fillout integration

Fillout is a form builder. List your forms, read a form's questions, calculations and URL parameters, page through its submissions with date, status and text filters, fetch or delete one submission, import up to 10 submissions at once, and subscribe or unsubscribe a webhook URL that receives each new submission. Authentication is a Fillout API key (Developer settings tab) sent as a Bearer token. This integration calls the US server (api.fillout.com) only: accounts that use the EU agent (EU server) or a self-hosted Fillout see a different API base URL in their dashboard and are not covered.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Fillout.Built from the 8 Fillout tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Fillout

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Submission, 4 operations

  • create_submissionsCreate submissionsPOSTImport up to 10 submissions into a form. Each item needs questions: [{id, value}] with question ids from get_form. Imported submissions trigger no email notifications, Fillout workflows or integrations.
  • delete_submissionDelete submissionDELETEDelete one submission of a form, identified by formId and submissionId (from list_submissions).
  • get_submissionGet submissionGETGet one submission of a form by its submissionId, with its answers (questions with id, name, type, value), calculations, URL parameters, scheduling, payments, quiz score and login email.
  • list_submissionsList submissionsGETList a form's submissions, finished only by default (status=in_progress for unfinished). Page with limit (1 to 150, default 50) and offset; filter with afterDate, beforeDate and search.

Form, 2 operations

  • get_formGet formGETGet one form's metadata by formId: its questions (id, name, type), calculations, URL parameters, scheduling and payment fields, and quiz mode. Question ids identify the answers in each submission.
  • list_formsList formsGETList every form in the Fillout account, with its name and formId. Pass a formId to get_form to read its questions, or to list_submissions to read its responses.

Webhook, 2 operations

  • create_webhookCreate webhookPOSTSubscribe a URL to a form's new submissions. Returns the webhook id: keep it to call delete_webhook. Each submission is posted in the same format as one entry of list_submissions responses.
  • delete_webhookDelete webhookPOSTRemove a webhook subscription so its URL stops receiving submissions. Pass the webhook id returned by create_webhook.

Use Fillout from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Fillout in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Fillout operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Fillout

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Fillout once

Add your Fillout connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
