Fatture in Cloud integration
Fatture in Cloud is the Italian invoicing and accounting service by TeamSystem. Manage a company's clients, suppliers and products; create invoices, quotes, credit notes and other issued documents, compute their totals, email them and send e-invoices to SDI; record expenses and other received documents, receipts (corrispettivi), F24 tax payments, cashbook entries and archive files; read VAT types, payment methods and accounts, price lists and templates; subscribe webhooks. Every company-scoped tool needs a company_id from list_user_companies. Reads never return tax ids (VAT number, tax code), postal addresses, bank details (IBAN, SIA, CUC, payment method bank instructions), e-invoice routing codes, certified e-mails, PDF and attachment links, health expense (Tessera Sanitaria) fields or webhook target URLs; creates still accept them. Because reads withhold those fields, the full-record updates of clients, suppliers, issued and received documents, receipts, F24s, archive documents, cashbook entries, payment methods and accounts are not exposed (they could erase the withheld values), nor are the join and transform helpers (their output is a body to send back), the sent-email log or the e-invoice XML download; health expense reporting fields are not offered. Limits: 300 requests per 5 minutes per company, 1,000 per hour and 40,000 per month per company and app; sending e-invoices needs a paid plan, and each plan caps how many clients, products and documents a company may hold. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 with your own Fatture in Cloud app (Settings, Developer), access tokens last 24 hours and refresh automatically, or a manual access token a user generates for an app under Settings, Connected applications, sent as a Bearer token; tokens act only within the scopes and companies the user granted.
Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.
What you can do with Fatture in Cloud
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
