Fashion Cloud integration

Fashion Cloud is a B2B wholesale platform that connects fashion, footwear and sports brands with retailers. As a retailer you can list the brands on Fashion Cloud with the permissions your account has on each, read their product master data (attributes, sizes, colours, materials, care codes, image ids), download product images, read your retailer-specific purchase and recommended retail prices, check one product's stock and delivery time at the brand, and place endless-aisle orders (with a test mode that validates without ordering). Left out: the older German v1 API and the separate Stock and Order API's stock upload and bulk stock routes, which take the key in another parameter. Authentication: an API token sent as the token query parameter; Fashion Cloud must enable API access on your retailer account before the token works.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Fashion Cloud.Built from the 6 Fashion Cloud tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Fashion Cloud

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Each badge shows the default agent permission of an endpoint (allowed: an agent calls it without asking; ask first: you are asked before an agent calls it, when the agent or chat asks permission for sensitive actions; never: no agent may call it), which every user can change endpoint by endpoint in their credential settings.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Brand, 1 operation

  • list_brandsList brandsGETAgents: ask firstLists the brands on Fashion Cloud, each with its GLNs, whether products, marketing files and reorders are available, and the permissions your account has on them (erp, ecommerce, digitalWindow). Paged by offset, at most 200 per page.

Image, 1 operation

  • get_product_imageGet product imageGETAgents: ask firstDownloads one product image as a JPEG file. Pass an image _id from media.images of list_products. Without px the original size is returned. Use watermark=false for e-commerce use (needs the ecommerce or digitalWindow permission).

Order, 1 operation

  • create_orderCreate orderPOSTAgents: ask firstPlaces an endless-aisle order with the brands of the ordered GTINs, unless isTest is true (validated, nothing ordered). With isTest false it is a real order: do not repeat a call that may have succeeded. Sends end-customer contact data.

Price, 1 operation

  • list_pricesList pricesGETAgents: ask firstLists your retailer-specific prices for one brand: purchase price, recommended retail price and their discounted values per GTIN, with currency. Optionally only some GTINs or prices changed since a date. Page with afterId and nextId.

Product, 1 operation

  • list_productsList productsGETAgents: ask firstLists products (one record per GTIN, i.e. per size and colour) with brand attributes, Fashion Cloud mapped attributes, care codes and image ids. Filter by brand, gtin or articleNumber (at least one). Page with afterId and nextId.

Stock, 1 operation

  • get_product_stockGet product stockGETAgents: ask firstReturns the stock of one product (one GTIN) at the brand and the delivery time range (minimum, maximum). Stock values may be capped at a maximum the brand sets. Check it before create_order.

Use Fashion Cloud from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Fashion Cloud in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Fashion Cloud operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Fashion Cloud

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Fashion Cloud once

Add your Fashion Cloud connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
