Integration

ExhibitDay integration

ExhibitDay is a trade show and event management platform for marketing teams. Read, create, update and delete the events of a workspace with their dates, venue, booth, budgets, costs and ROI figures; manage event miscellaneous expenses and credits, tasks and task comments; read event costs, miscellaneous annual expenses and the workspace reference lists (users and resources, cost centers, cost types, participation types, payment statuses, tags, custom fields). Updating event custom field values and the inventory choices of an event deletion are not exposed. Authentication is the workspace API key (Workspace Settings, API & Integrations, API Access), sent in the api_key header.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in ExhibitDay.Built from the 33 ExhibitDay tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with ExhibitDay

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use ExhibitDay from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect ExhibitDay in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its ExhibitDay operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect ExhibitDay

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect ExhibitDay once

Add your ExhibitDay connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
