Eventzilla integration
Eventzilla is an event registration and ticketing platform. List and read the events, categories, ticket types, attendees, transactions and organizer users of an Eventzilla account, turn an event's ticket sales on or off, create and update free ticket types, confirm or cancel orders, and check attendees in by ticket barcode. It can also register attendees from start to finish: prepare a checkout, reserve tickets, fill in buyer and attendee details, then confirm the order. Webhooks are documented separately and are not exposed as tools. Authentication is an API key, created under Settings > Developers > API Credentials in Eventzilla and sent in the x-api-key header.

What you can do with Eventzilla
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
Checkout, 4 operations
confirm_checkout_orderConfirm checkout orderPOSTStep 4 of a registration: confirms a filled checkout with its payment status and returns the order totals, the transaction status and whether a confirmation email was sent. Set sendemail to choose about the email.create_checkout_orderCreate checkout orderPOSTStep 2 of a registration: reserves tickets for an event date and returns a checkout_id with totals, plus one ticket_price_id per reserved ticket for fill_checkout_order. Take ticket types from prepare_checkout.fill_checkout_orderFill checkout orderPOSTStep 3 of a registration: attaches the buyer, one attendee per ticket_price_id (with answers to the questions from prepare_checkout) and the chosen payment_id to a checkout. Then confirm with confirm_checkout_order.prepare_checkoutPrepare checkoutGETStep 1 of a registration: returns, for one event date, the payment options (payment_id), the ticket types on sale (ticket_type_id, price, limits), the registration questions, and the discount and tax settings.
Attendee, 3 operations
check_in_attendeeCheck in attendeePOSTChecks an attendee in by the barcode on their ticket (eventcheckin true), or reverts the check-in (eventcheckin false). Barcodes come from list_event_attendees (bar_code). Returns the attendee name, event and order.get_attendeeGet attendeeGETReturns one attendee by id: name, ticket type, ticket barcode, check-in status, answers to registration questions and the order it belongs to.list_event_attendeesList event attendeesGETLists the attendees of one event: name, ticket type, ticket barcode, check-in status, answers to registration questions and order details. The barcode is what check_in_attendee takes.
Event, 3 operations
get_eventGet eventGETReturns one event by its id: title, description, dates and times, time zone, currency, status, tickets sold and capacity, venue, categories and public URL.list_eventsList eventsGETLists the events of the authenticated Eventzilla account, with paging (offset, limit) and optional filters by status and category. Each event carries its id and its dateid, used by the event and checkout tools.toggle_event_salesToggle event salesPOSTTurns ticket sales of one event on or off: status true publishes sales, false unpublishes them. Returns the resulting event status.
Ticket type, 3 operations
create_free_ticket_typeCreate free ticket typePOSTCreates a free ticket type on one event: name, description, total quantity, sales open and close dates and times, per-order minimum and maximum, visibility and box-office-only flag. Returns the new ticket_type_id.list_event_ticket_typesList event ticket typesGETLists the ticket types of one event: id, title, price, quantities and sales dates. Use the id as ticket_type_id in update_free_ticket_type.update_free_ticket_typeUpdate free ticket typePATCHUpdates a free ticket type of one event, by eventid and ticket_type_id. The API requires every listed field, so pass the current value of each field you keep (read them with list_event_ticket_types).
Order, 2 operations
cancel_event_orderCancel event orderPOSTCancels an order of an event, given its checkout_id and eventid, with an organizer comment. Returns ordercancel with the cancellation status.confirm_event_orderConfirm event orderPOSTConfirms an order of an event, given its checkout_id and eventid, with an organizer comment. Set sendemail to choose whether notification emails go out. Returns orderconfirm with the status.
Transaction, 2 operations
get_transactionGet transactionGETReturns one transaction (order) by its checkout id or its order reference number: amount, tax, discount, status, buyer name and email, payment type and number of tickets.list_event_transactionsList event transactionsGETLists the transactions (orders) of one event, with paging (offset, limit): reference, checkout id, amount, status, buyer name and email, payment type and promo code.
User, 2 operations
get_userGet userGETReturns one organizer or sub-organizer user by id: username, name, company, address, email, phone, website, time zone and user type.list_usersList usersGETLists the organizer and sub-organizer users of the account, with paging (offset, limit): id, username, name, company, address, email, time zone and user type.
Category, 1 operation
list_categoriesList categoriesGETLists the event categories available to the authenticated account. A category name can filter list_events.
Use Eventzilla from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
Connect Eventzilla in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Eventzilla operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

}How to connect Eventzilla
- Create your workspace
Sign up free. Nothing to install.
- Connect Eventzilla once
Add your Eventzilla connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
- Describe the job in chat
The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
