Eventee integration
Eventee is an event app for conferences and meetups. Read and build the event program (halls, sessions and workshops, breaks, speakers, labels), manage partners shown as sponsors or exhibitors, invite attendees, pre-register people, check attendees in, and read participants, registrations, attendee groups and session ratings. Every call acts on the single event the API token belongs to, so no event id is passed. The route that wipes all program content at once (meant for test cleanup) is not exposed. Authentication is the event's API token, generated in the Eventee admin event settings (API access is part of selected plans), sent as a Bearer token.

The workflow builds itself.
What you can do with Eventee
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
Partner, 4 operations
create_partnerCreate partnerPOSTCreate a partner (company). Give logo_url to list it as a sponsor, photo_url (with booth_number) to list it as an exhibitor, or both: at least one image is required. Manage its page with update_partner_sections.delete_partnerDelete partnerDELETEDeletes a partner including its sections.list_partnersList partnersGETReturns all partners of the event with their sponsor/exhibitor details and sections.update_partnerUpdate partnerPATCHReplace a partner's details (full update): omitted text fields are cleared, omitting logo_url removes the sponsor listing and omitting photo_url the exhibitor listing. Sections are not touched.
Attendee, 3 operations
check_in_attendeeCheck in attendeePATCHCheck an attendee in at the event (sets checked_at to now) with checkin=true, or undo it with checkin=false. Pass the participant id from list_participants.invite_attendeesInvite attendeesPUTAdd people to the event as attendees, by email (with optional profile, group_id and tickets). Set send_email true on an entry to email them an invitation. The first 25 are processed at once, the rest later; invalid entries are skipped.remove_attendeeRemove attendeeDELETERemoves the person with the given email from the event: their participation, invitation and tickets for this event are deleted. Their Eventee account is not affected.
Break, 3 operations
create_breakCreate breakPOSTCreates a break on the event day matching `start`; the day is created when it does not exist yet.delete_breakDelete breakDELETEDeletes a break from the agenda.update_breakUpdate breakPATCHUpdates a break. `name`, `start` and `end` are required; `description` is kept when omitted.
Hall, 3 operations
create_hallCreate hallPOSTCreates a hall in the event. Use the returned `id` as `hall_id` when creating sessions.delete_hallDelete hallDELETEDeletes a hall. Sessions placed in the hall are kept, but no longer have a hall.update_hallUpdate hallPATCHUpdates a hall. `name` is required; `order` is kept when omitted. The live stream is **removed** when `stream` is omitted.
Label, 3 operations
create_labelCreate labelPOSTCreates a label. Use the returned `id` in the `tracks` field of sessions.delete_labelDelete labelDELETEDeletes a label and removes it from all sessions.update_labelUpdate labelPATCHUpdates a label. `name` and `color` are required; `order` is kept when omitted.
Registration, 3 operations
create_registrationsCreate registrationsPUTPre-register people for the event by email; an existing registration with the same email is updated. Set send_email true on an entry to email them. The first 25 are processed at once, the rest later; invalid entries are skipped.list_registrationsList registrationsGETReturns all registrations of the event. `status` is `0` = pending, `1` = confirmed (attending), `2` = declined.remove_registrationRemove registrationDELETEDeletes the registration with the given email address. Succeeds even when no such registration exists.
Session, 3 operations
create_sessionCreate sessionPOSTCreate a lecture (type 0) or a workshop (type 1) on the event day matching start (created if missing). Create the hall, speakers and labels first and pass their IDs in hall_id, speakers and tracks.delete_sessionDelete sessionDELETEDeletes a session (lecture or workshop) including its questions, polls, bookings and ratings.update_sessionUpdate sessionPATCHReplace a session: name, start and end are required, and omitted speakers, tracks, capacity and type are reset (type back to lecture). The hall and live stream are kept when omitted.
Speaker, 3 operations
create_speakerCreate speakerPOSTCreates a speaker profile in the event. Use the returned `id` in the `speakers` field of sessions.delete_speakerDelete speakerDELETEDeletes a speaker and removes them from all sessions.update_speakerUpdate speakerPATCHPartially updates a speaker: only the fields you send are changed, all others are kept.
Event content, 1 operation
get_event_contentGet event contentGETGet the event's whole program in one call: halls, days, lectures (sessions of type 0), workshops (type 1), pauses (breaks), speakers and tracks (labels). Use it to read back IDs or mirror the agenda.
Group, 1 operation
list_groupsList groupsGETList the event's attendee groups. Boolean fields tell which app features are on for the group, ticket_names lists ticket names that put attendees in it, is_default marks the group new attendees join. Pass id as group_id.
Participant, 1 operation
list_participantsList participantsGETList all participants of the event with role (a admin, m moderator, l speaker, e attendee), group, tickets and checked_at (null until checked in). Anonymous and deleted accounts carry a placeholder email with no @.
Partner section, 1 operation
update_partner_sectionsUpdate partner sectionsPATCHReplace the sections of a partner's detail page, in display order. Sections not listed (by id) are deleted, entries without id are created; an empty array removes all. Each section's data comes back as a JSON string.
Review, 1 operation
list_reviewsList reviewsGETReturns all session ratings of the event. Each review includes the rated session as `lecture` and the reviewer's name and photo.
Use Eventee from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
Connect Eventee in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Eventee operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

}How to connect Eventee
- Create your workspace
Sign up free. Nothing to install.
- Connect Eventee once
Add your Eventee connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
- Describe the job in chat
The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
