Integration

eTrusted integration

eTrusted is the customer review and experience feedback platform operated by Trusted Shops. Read, count and search service and product reviews, reply to a review or file a veto against it, read star rating and Net Promoter Score aggregates, create review events, schedule review invites, generate questionnaire links, list templates, and manage channels, event types (touchpoints) and invite and invite reminder settings. The tag-based review statistics route, which eTrusted opens only on request, is not exposed. Authentication uses an API client (client ID and client secret) created by an administrator in the eTrusted Control Centre, exchanged for short-lived OAuth2 access tokens (client credentials grant).

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in eTrusted.Built from the 31 eTrusted tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with eTrusted

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Event type, 5 operations

  • create_event_typeCreate event typePOSTCreates an event type, a touchpoint that can trigger review invites. The name must be unique in the account: lowercase letters, digits, hyphens and underscores, 3 to 255 characters, and not all.
  • delete_event_typeDelete event typeDELETEDeletes an event type by its id. Events, invites and reviews already linked to it are not deleted.
  • get_event_typeGet event typeGETReturns one event type (touchpoint) by its id: name, whether it is active, and creation and update dates.
  • list_event_typesList event typesGETLists the event types (touchpoints of the customer journey, such as checkout or delivery) of the account, with id, name and whether events of that type are accepted. Filter by exact name with name.
  • update_event_typeUpdate event typePUTActivates or deactivates an event type. Events of an inactive event type are no longer accepted.

Invite reminder setting, 4 operations

  • get_invite_reminder_settingsGet invite reminder settingsGETReturns one invite reminder settings entry by its id: channel, event type, whether reminders are enabled, and the service and product reminder configuration (delay in days, reminder template).
  • list_invite_reminder_settingsList invite reminder settingsGETLists the invite reminder settings of the account, each tied to a channel and an event type: whether reminders are sent, and the delay and template for service and product reminders. Filter by id, channel-id or event-type-id.
  • update_invite_reminder_settingsUpdate invite reminder settingsPATCHChanges parts of one invite reminder settings entry: enabled, and the service or product reminder configuration (enabled, sendingDelayInDays, inviteReminderTemplateId). Fields left out are unchanged.
  • update_invite_reminder_settings_for_event_typeUpdate invite reminder settings for event typePATCHChanges parts of every invite reminder settings entry of one event type, across all channels: enabled, and the service or product reminder configuration. Fields left out are unchanged.

Invite setting, 4 operations

  • get_invite_settingsGet invite settingsGETReturns one invite settings entry by its id: channel, event type, whether invites are enabled, and the service and product invite configuration (delay in days, time of day, invite and questionnaire templates).
  • list_invite_settingsList invite settingsGETLists the invite settings of the account, each tied to a channel and an event type: whether invites are sent, and the delay, time of day and templates for service and product invites. Filter by id, channel-id or event-type-id.
  • update_invite_settingsUpdate invite settingsPATCHChanges parts of one invite settings entry: enabled, and the service or product invite configuration (sendingDelayInDays, sendingTimeOfDay, inviteTemplateId, questionnaireTemplateId, enabled). Fields left out are unchanged.
  • update_invite_settings_for_event_typeUpdate invite settings for event typePATCHChanges parts of every invite settings entry of one event type, across all channels: enabled, and the service or product invite configuration. Fields left out are unchanged.

Channel, 2 operations

  • list_channelsList channelsGETLists every channel of the eTrusted account (a store, a market or any other business segment) with its id, name, URL, address and locale. Channel ids (prefix chl-) are the input of most review, invite and rating tools.

Event, 2 operations

  • create_eventCreate eventPOSTCreates an event (a checkout, a delivery...) for one customer, which triggers the review invites configured for its event type and channel. Returns the event reference (EventRef). Use only data of customers who opted in.
  • get_eventGet eventGETReturns one event by its reference (prefix evt-, the EventRef returned by create_event): type, customer, channel, transaction, products, metadata and creation date. Use it to check that an event was created correctly.

Invite, 2 operations

  • list_invitesList invitesGETLists the review invites of one channel with customer, transaction, template, schedule and status data. Filter with query (matches the order reference or customer email) and page with count, after and before.

Use eTrusted from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect eTrusted in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its eTrusted operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect eTrusted

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect eTrusted once

Add your eTrusted connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
