Integration

eTermin integration

eTermin is an online appointment booking system (German, GDPR hosted in Frankfurt). Find free time slots, create, list, update and delete appointments, read deleted appointments, manage CRM contacts and vouchers, set calendar absences and weekly or date-specific working times, and read calendars, services, service groups, sent message logs, customer ratings and survey results. Creating and changing calendars, services and service groups, anchor times, return times, number-search user mappings, the sync-system appointment routes, booking page logs, contact permission and frequency settings, and the contact update route (whose identifier the vendor does not document; use create_contact with updatewhenexistsgdt=1 to upsert) are not exposed. Authentication sends three headers on every call: publickey (your API key), salt and signature. eTermin's docs ask for a random salt per request; this connection sends one fixed salt with its signature, which you compute once as base64(HMAC-SHA256(salt, secret key)) as in eTermin's code samples.

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in eTermin.Built from the 33 eTermin tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with eTermin

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Appointment, 4 operations

  • create_appointmentCreate appointmentPOSTBook an appointment in an eTermin calendar from start to end (yyyy-mm-dd HH:MM) with the customer's details; can email or text a confirmation (sendemail, sms). Returns the new appointment ID and a status message.
  • delete_appointmentDelete appointmentDELETEDelete one appointment by id (ExternalID) or appid, or every appointment between start and end. Optionally notifies the customer (sendemail with a template) and external calendars (sync); with sync or sendemail use id, not appid.
  • list_appointmentsList appointmentsGETList appointments between start and end (yyyy-mm-dd), optionally for given calendars, a customer (cid or email), the waiting list or unconfirmed ones; or get one by appid or id. Returns times, customer details, services, status and price.
  • update_appointmentUpdate appointmentPUTChange an existing appointment by its id: move it (start, end, calendar), change services, customer details, price or notes. Only the fields you send change. Can email or text the customer with a chosen template.

Calendarsnonworkingtime, 4 operations

  • create_absenceCreate absencePOSTAdd an absence (blocked period) to a calendar from startdate to enddate (yyyy-mm-dd HH:MM), with an optional reason; a dynamic absence (nwtype=1) starts and lasts a number of days.
  • delete_absenceDelete absenceDELETEDelete an absence by its id (from list_absences).
  • list_absencesList absencesGETList the absences (blocked periods such as holidays) of a calendar, with id, start, end and reason.
  • update_absenceUpdate absencePUTChange an absence by its id (from list_absences); only the fields you send change.

Voucher, 4 operations

  • create_voucherCreate voucherPOSTCreate a voucher whose code is id, worth priceinclvat (or a percentage with ispercentage), optionally limited by dates, contingent, calendars, services or customer email.
  • delete_voucherDelete voucherDELETEDelete a voucher by its code (id).
  • list_vouchersList vouchersGETList vouchers with code (id), description, value or percentage, validity dates, contingent usage and assigned calendars, services and customer email.
  • update_voucherUpdate voucherPUTChange a voucher by its code (id); only the fields you send change.

Workingtime, 4 operations

  • create_working_timeCreate working timePOSTAdd a weekly working slot to a calendar: start and end time (HH:MM) on one or more weekdays (1 = Sunday ... 7 = Saturday, comma-separated).
  • delete_working_timeDelete working timeDELETEDelete a weekly working slot by id. Careful: without id, EVERY weekly working slot of the calendar is deleted.
  • list_working_timesList working timesGETList the weekly working slots of a calendar (or all=1 for every calendar): weekday, start, end, bookable count and service restrictions; join=1 returns names instead of numbers.
  • update_working_timeUpdate working timePUTChange a weekly working slot by its id (from list_working_times); only the fields you send change.

Workingtimesdate, 4 operations

  • create_date_working_timeCreate date working timePOSTAdd a working slot for a specific date to a calendar (start and end as yyyy-mm-dd HH:MM); overwriteday=true disables that day's regular working time.
  • delete_date_working_timeDelete date working timeDELETEDelete a date-specific working slot by id, or (with calendarid only) every date-specific working slot of that calendar.
  • list_date_working_timesList date working timesGETList the date-specific working slots of a calendar, optionally between start and end (yyyy-mm-dd); join=1 returns names instead of numbers.
  • update_date_working_timeUpdate date working timePUTChange a date-specific working slot by its id; the vendor requires start, end and calendarid on every update.

Contact, 3 operations

  • create_contactCreate contactPOSTCreate a CRM contact (name, email, phone, address, custom fields). With updatewhenexistsgdt=1 an existing contact matched by email, or by first name, last name and birthday, is updated instead. Returns the ID and a status message.
  • delete_contactDelete contactDELETEDelete a CRM contact by ExternalID (id), cid or email. Deleting by email removes every contact with that email.
  • list_contactsList contactsGETList CRM contacts, or find them by email, ExternalID (id) or cid, or by creation date. Returns names, contact data, address, customer number and custom fields.

Appointmentdeleted, 1 operation

  • list_deleted_appointmentsList deleted appointmentsGETList appointments deleted between start and end (yyyy-mm-dd), or one deleted appointment by its ExternalID; returns the deleted appointments' details.

Calendar, 1 operation

Messagelog, 1 operation

  • list_message_logsList message logsGETList emails and SMS eTermin sent (the last 30 days or less, depending on the account's privacy settings), or those of one appointment (appid), or one message's text (id). smsonly=1 returns this and last month's SMS counts.

Use eTermin from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect eTermin in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its eTermin operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect eTermin

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect eTermin once

Add your eTermin connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
