EPA ECHO integration

EPA ECHO (Enforcement and Compliance History Online) is the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's public database of regulated facilities and their compliance record. Search facilities across all EPA programs or within the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act (NPDES permits), RCRA hazardous waste and Safe Drinking Water Act programs by location, name, violations, inspections and penalties; page through results by QueryID or get them as GeoJSON; read a facility's Detailed Facility Report whole or section by section (permits, inspections, violations, enforcement actions, effluent exceedances, toxic releases, demographics); search civil and criminal enforcement cases and read case reports; chart a permit's discharge monitoring data; and look up reference codes (pollutants, parameters, NAICS, tribes, watersheds). The CSV download routes, map-cluster and map-coordinate routes, and the POST duplicates of every GET are not included. No authentication: the API is public and keyless.
