Envoy integration
Envoy is a workplace platform for visitor management, desk and room booking and package deliveries. Pre-register visitors (invites and recurring invites), sign visitors in and update their entries, check an invite in, manage the visitor blocklist, read employees, locations, sign-in flows and the company, book, check in, check out or cancel desk and room reservations, manage desks, spaces and employee work schedules, and log deliveries. The deprecated v2/v3 Visitors API, the employee CSV upload, webhooks and app extensions are not exposed. Authentication is a long-lived Client API Key created in the Envoy Dev Dashboard, sent in the X-API-Key header; every call needs its API scope (for example invites.write) granted to that app, and a missing scope answers 403 naming it.

What you can do with Envoy
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
Invite, 6 operations
checkin_inviteCheckin invitePOSTSigns in the visitor of an invite now, converting the invite into an entry. printBadges chooses whether a badge is printed. Returns the resulting sign-in record (visitor name, email, sign-in time, flow, location, host, custom answers).create_inviteCreate invitePOSTPre-registers a visitor (an invite) at a location for an expected arrival time; sendEmailToInvitee decides whether Envoy emails them. Flow and host must belong to that location.delete_inviteDelete inviteDELETEPermanently deletes an invite by id (from list_invites).get_inviteGet inviteGETFetches a single invite.list_invitesList invitesGETLists invites (pre-registered visitors), filtered by location, arrival or creation window, host email, invitee email, type or approval status. At most 10,000 results reachable by paging.update_inviteUpdate invitePOSTUpdates an invite (arrival and departure times, invitee, location, flow, host, notes, custom answers). Leave out a field to keep it. Flow and host must belong to the invite's location.
Reservation, 6 operations
cancel_reservationCancel reservationPOSTCancels a pending desk or room reservation on behalf of its user, freeing the space for others. Returns no content.checkin_reservationCheckin reservationPOSTChecks a user in to a reservation on their behalf, which starts the reservation.checkout_reservationCheckout reservationPOSTEnds an active reservation on behalf of its user, completing it and freeing the space. Checking out a room removes the event from the calendar; endTime is not changed.create_reservationCreate reservationPOSTBooks a desk or room for an employee (userEmail) at a location from startTime, for at most 24 hours; without spaceId Envoy assigns a desk itself. A room needs a spaceId.get_reservationGet reservationGETRetrieve a single reservation.list_reservationsList reservationsGETLists desk and room reservations in a time window of at most 30 days (startTime and endTime default to 14 days either side of now), filtered by status, type, floor, neighborhood or email.
Work schedule, 6 operations
checkin_work_scheduleCheckin work schedulePOSTChecks an employee in for a scheduled work day (signs them in for the day) by work schedule id.checkout_work_scheduleCheckout work schedulePOSTChecks an employee out of a scheduled work day (signs them out for the day) by work schedule id.create_work_scheduleCreate work schedulePOSTSchedules an employee (by email) to work on site at a location at an expected arrival time. Returns the new work schedule with its id.delete_work_scheduleDelete work scheduleDELETEPermanently deletes an employee work schedule by id (from list_work_schedules).get_work_scheduleGet work scheduleGETFetches a single WorkSchedule.list_work_schedulesList work schedulesGETFetches a list of WorkSchedules.
Blocklist, 5 operations

Returns sensitive personal data of the blocked people: names, emails, phone numbers, aliases, photo URLs and the reason.update_blocklistUpdate blocklistPOSTUpdates a blocklist entry. Leave out a field to keep it; leave out allLocations, locationIds and locationId to keep the entry's scope.
Desk, 5 operations

Returns the new desk with its id.delete_deskDelete deskDELETEPermanently deletes a desk by id (from list_desks).get_deskGet deskGETGet a desk.list_desksList desksGETGet a list of Desks.update_deskUpdate deskPATCHUpdates a desk (name, neighborhood, assigned employee, enabled). Use Envoy from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
Connect Envoy in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Envoy operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

}How to connect Envoy
- Create your workspace
Sign up free. Nothing to install.
- Connect Envoy once
Add your Envoy connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
- Describe the job in chat
The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
