Emailchaser integration
Emailchaser is a cold email platform. Create and run outbound campaigns (sequence, schedule, sender mailboxes), add and manage leads, read prospect replies and answer them or send the AI reply drafts, mark booked meetings, manage the suppression blocklist, verify email lists, search Emailchaser's B2B contact database and add people to campaigns (spends credits), plan campaigns from a website, start Autopilot runs, check sender DNS, warm-up and inbox placement, and register webhooks. Calls that spend credits or bill verification say so; campaign launch and reply tools send real email. Not exposed: buying credits, ordering domains and mailboxes, approving Autopilot runs (they buy infrastructure: approve in the app), connecting SMTP/IMAP mailboxes (takes a mailbox password), the Instantly import (takes an Instantly key), workspace and API key creation, the billing profile (registrant postal details), the CSV export and the AI setup ping. Workspace member names and emails, webhook URLs, sending IPs, Lead Finder people's locations and done-for-you order contents are not returned. Keep under 100 requests per 10 seconds and 600 per minute per account; Lead Finder, Copilot and Autopilot have their own limits (429). Authentication: a workspace API key from the Emailchaser app (API & MCP page), sent as Authorization: Bearer. A read-only key can call every read plus the free POSTs (audience size, domain checks, Lead Finder searches); a read and write key is needed for everything else. API keys are included in every plan.
Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.
What you can do with Emailchaser
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
Campaign, 8 operations
create_campaignCreate campaignPOSTCreate a draft campaign. Before launch_campaign it needs a sequence (replace_campaign_sequence), sending days (update_campaign_schedule), an attached sender email (attach_campaign_sender_emails) and a lead (upsert_leads).create_copilot_draft_campaignCreate copilot draft campaignPOSTCreate a DRAFT campaign with its email sequence (from plan_campaign_from_website or your own). Nothing sends; add leads with upsert_leads or add_lead_finder_people, then launch_campaign.delete_campaignDelete campaignDELETEDelete a campaign and all its data, including emails, sequence and scheduled tasks.get_campaignGet campaignGETGet one campaign with its settings, schedule, stats, email counts by status and minimumHealth (which sender emails the minimum health score holds back). schedule.daysSchedule is a comma-separated string such as 1,2,3,4,5.launch_campaignLaunch campaignPOSTLaunch a draft campaign or resume a paused one: it starts sending real emails to its leads. Refused with 400 naming what is missing (sending days, a sender email, a sequence or, unless flow is api, a lead).list_campaignsList campaignsGETList the workspace's campaigns with status and summary stats. Filter by status or folderId; page with page (from 1) and limit (default 20, max 200) until hasMore is false.pause_campaignPause campaignPOSTPause a running campaign and cancel all its scheduled emails. Resume it with launch_campaign.update_campaignUpdate campaignPUTUpdate a campaign's name, emoji, timezone, sending limits and settings flags. Only the fields sent change; leave a field out to keep its current value.
Icp, 8 operations
create_icpCreate icpPOSTCreate an Ideal Customer Profile (titles, seniorities, industries, company sizes, locations, keywords). makePrimary true makes it the workspace's active profile, used by source_prospects by default.delete_icpDelete icpDELETEDelete an Ideal Customer Profile. Deleting the primary leaves the workspace without one.get_icpGet icpGETGet one Ideal Customer Profile with its targeting criteria and cached audience size.get_primary_icpGet primary icpGETGet the workspace's primary (active) Ideal Customer Profile. Answers 404 when none is set.list_icpsList icpsGETList the workspace's Ideal Customer Profiles (targeting criteria), newest first. Free.set_primary_icpSet primary icpPOSTMake a profile the workspace's primary (active) Ideal Customer Profile, demoting the current primary.update_icpUpdate icpPUTEdit an Ideal Customer Profile: fields left out are unchanged and an empty list clears that list. Any edit marks the profile as human-authored.
Lead, 7 operations
delete_leadDelete leadDELETEDelete a lead and its unsent emails, removing it from its campaigns. An unsubscribed lead's address is added to the workspace blocklist so it is never emailed again.get_leadGet leadGETGet one lead: contact fields, custom variables, category tag and meetingBookedAt. middleName is not returned here (list_leads includes it).list_leadsList leadsGETList the workspace's leads, newest first. Filter by exact email or campaignId; page with page (from 1) and limit (default 20, max 200) until hasMore is false.move_lead_to_campaignMove lead to campaignPOSTMove a lead from one campaign to another: its unsent emails in the source campaign are deleted, and if the target campaign is running its emails are queued there at once.set_lead_categorySet lead categoryPUTSet or correct a lead's category (tag), for example after an AI misclassification. meeting_booked behaves like mark_meeting_booked. A real change fires the LeadCategoryUpdate webhook.update_leadUpdate leadPUTUpdate one lead. Only fields sent change; an empty string clears a field. customVariables sent replaces the whole set. A new email already used by another lead is refused with 409. Returns id, email, names and customVariables.upsert_leadsUpsert leadsPOSTCreate or update up to 1,000 leads, matched by email; pass campaignId to add them to a campaign (a running campaign starts emailing them). One invalid email fails the whole request with 400.
Autopilot run, 6 operations

Status is one of pending, building_icp, writing_sequence, sourcing_prospects, awaiting_approval and the later stages listed in status.kill_autopilot_runKill autopilot runPOSTKill an Autopilot run for good: it halts wherever it is, cannot be resumed, and a campaign it launched is paused so nothing more sends. Optional reason goes to the audit trail.list_autopilot_runsList autopilot runsGETList the workspace's Autopilot runs, newest first. Page with page (from 1) and limit (default 50, max 200); total is the number of runs.pause_autopilot_runPause autopilot runPOSTPause an Autopilot run that is still in flight. A paused run can be resumed with resume_autopilot_run; a completed or failed run cannot be paused.resume_autopilot_runResume autopilot runPOSTResume a paused Autopilot run. A run paused before approval goes back to awaiting approval (resuming never skips it); a failed run resumes to the stage it failed from once the cause is fixed.start_autopilot_runStart autopilot runPOSTStart an Autopilot run seeded from a website: it builds a customer profile, drafts a sequence and checks prospects, then waits for a human to approve it in the Emailchaser app. Nothing is spent, bought or sent before that approval.
Blocklist entry, 6 operations
add_blocklist_entriesAdd blocklist entriesPOSTBlock up to 1000 domains or email addresses so campaigns never email them. Existing entries and invalid values are skipped, so a retry is safe. scope global needs a main workspace's key.delete_blocklist_entriesDelete blocklist entriesDELETEUnblock up to 1000 entries at once, by ids (from list_blocklist) or by values (domains or addresses, matched case-insensitively). Page with limit (default 100, max 1000) and offset; totalCount is the total.update_blocklist_entryUpdate blocklist entryPUTChange a blocklist entry's value and/or scope. A value containing @ is stored as an email address, otherwise as a domain. Moving an entry to or from global needs a main workspace's key.
