Integration

Elorus integration

Elorus is online invoicing, billing, expense and time-tracking software for freelancers and small businesses. An agent can manage contacts, invoices, estimates, credit notes, delivery notes, bills (supplier invoices), expenses, recurring invoices, payments received and sent, products and their stock, projects, tasks and time entries; email documents to clients (real emails) and download them as PDF; and read taxes, templates, document types, tracking categories, users, warehouses and branches. File attachments, client-portal discussions, goods receipts, numbering-sequence administration and the remaining settings writes are not exposed. In a Greek organization with the myDATA integration, saving an invoice, credit note, bill or payment received submits it to myDATA (the Greek tax authority) unless skip_mydata is 1. Authentication is a personal API key (Elorus User Profile) sent as Authorization: Token <key>, plus the organization ID sent in the X-Elorus-Organization header.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Elorus.Built from the 120 Elorus tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Elorus

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

How to connect Elorus

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Elorus once

Add your Elorus connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
