Integration

Easyhook integration

Easyhook is a multichannel business messaging API over the official provider APIs: WhatsApp Business (Cloud API and Coexistence), Messenger, Instagram, Telegram bots, TikTok Business Messaging, Mercado Libre, SMS and Gmail, Outlook or IMAP/SMTP mailboxes connected in the Easyhook portal. Send texts, media, replies, reactions, buttons, quick replies, read receipts and typing indicators, schedule messages, send and manage WhatsApp templates and Flow messages, send and forward email, read WhatsApp conversations and wait for the next inbound message, manage reusable media, contact names and consent records, and subscribe webhooks to incoming events. Every send reaches real people, and messages and contacts are personal data. Left out: channel connection and disconnection (hosted onboarding sessions), telephony (number search and purchase, calls, call routing and endpoints, WhatsApp calling permissions), WhatsApp Flow management and history replays (their answers or inputs are not documented), email drafts, Live Chat, portal and admin routes, and the deprecated aliases. Billing: each public API call that runs an operation costs 0.01 MXN or 0.001 USD from the organization wallet (100 outbound sends a month are free; Meta bills WhatsApp templates and service messages to your WABA separately). Authentication is an organization API key (eh_live_...) from the Easyhook portal, sent as a Bearer token.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Easyhook.Built from the 45 Easyhook tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Easyhook

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Each badge shows the default agent permission of an endpoint (allowed: an agent calls it without asking; ask first: you are asked before an agent calls it, when the agent or chat asks permission for sensitive actions; never: no agent may call it), which every user can change endpoint by endpoint in their credential settings.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Message, 8 operations

How to connect Easyhook

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Easyhook once

Add your Easyhook connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
