Integration

Easy8 integration

Easy8 (formerly Easy Project and Easy Redmine) is a Redmine-based project management suite. Manage projects (create, update, close, archive, create from templates), tasks (issues) with watchers, comments, checklists and kanban positions, project members, versions (milestones), logged time, documents and file attachments, calendar meetings, mind maps, project budget items (planned and other expenses and revenues), test cases, plans and executions and user groups; read users, roles, custom field definitions and resource allocations. Not exposed: CRM (contacts, leads, partners, cases), help desk, invoicing and contracts, attendance, full-text search, web hooks, imports and exports, user management and administration (settings, servers, plugins, web applications); user records leave out phone numbers, last login, password-change date and two-factor method. Authentication: a personal API key (My account, API access key) sent as the X-Redmine-API-Key header, plus your Easy8 application's host name; every call acts with that user's permissions. Default rate limits (from Easy8 15.3.0): 150 GET and 50 write requests per minute, 10 export requests per 5 minutes.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Easy8.Built from the 118 Easy8 tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Easy8

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use Easy8 from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Easy8 in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Easy8 operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Easy8

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Easy8 once

Add your Easy8 connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
