Domain integration

Domain (domain.com.au) is an Australian real estate marketplace. Search residential, commercial and business listings, read listings, agencies, agents and new development projects, suggest addresses and locations, get property details, price and rental estimates, suburb performance statistics, demographics, schools and weekly auction results, manage PropertyRadar portfolios, upsert listings and off-market sales for an agency you upload for, read listing enquiries and send an enquiry. Each data set belongs to an API package that must be added to your Domain developer project (Agents & Listings and Properties & Locations come with every project; the others are granted by Domain). Not exposed: endpoints that need a user-context OAuth token (my agencies, agency, agent, listing and project statistics, enquiry search, creating webhook subscriptions), the sandbox test-agency route and routes the reference does not document. Authentication is a Domain developer project API key sent in the X-Api-Key header.

What you can do with Domain

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
