Integration

Dolibarr integration

Dolibarr is an open-source ERP and CRM installed on your own server. Read third parties, contacts, products and services with their stock, customer invoices and their payments, sales orders, commercial proposals, supplier invoices, projects and tasks, helpdesk tickets, agenda events, categories, warehouses, stock movements and bank accounts with their transactions; update third parties, contacts and products; validate invoices, orders and proposals, mark invoices paid, close orders and proposals, and turn an order into an invoice. Third parties, contacts, invoices and bank accounts hold personal and financial data. Left out: creating records and adding lines, payments or bank entries (their answer is a bare id), deleting, users and permissions, and the other modules. Built against Dolibarr 24; the API REST module must be activated on the instance. Authentication is a user's API key (defined on the user's record) sent in the DOLAPIKEY header, with the instance URL; calls get that user's permissions.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Dolibarr.Built from the 50 Dolibarr tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Dolibarr

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use Dolibarr from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Dolibarr in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Dolibarr operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Dolibarr

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Dolibarr once

Add your Dolibarr connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
