Integration

DevRev integration

DevRev is a customer support and product management platform. Create, read, update and delete work items (issues, tickets, tasks, opportunities), customer accounts, Rev organizations and Rev users (customer contacts), product parts, support conversations, timeline comments, knowledge base articles and directories, meetings, tags, groups, links and custom objects, and read schemas, SLAs and SLA trackers, metrics, business-hour schedules, surveys and vistas (saved views and sprints). Left out: auth token, service account and SSO connection management, Dev user administration, webhooks, snap-ins, snap widgets, commands and keyrings, chats, jobs and web crawler jobs, observability sessions, file uploads and direct downloads (locate_artifact gives a download URL), atoms, the deprecated custom object list and count, the editing of schemas, stages, states, stage diagrams, SLAs, metric definitions and schedules, survey writes, vista deletion, and the POST twins of the read routes. Authentication is a personal access token (PAT) created in the DevRev app under Settings > Account > Personal Access Token, sent as a Bearer token in the Authorization header; it has the same privileges as its owner, and its validity is set at creation and cannot be extended, so a new PAT is needed when it expires.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in DevRev.Built from the 118 DevRev tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with DevRev

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use DevRev from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect DevRev in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its DevRev operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

Set up the MCP server step by step

How to connect DevRev

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect DevRev once

Add your DevRev connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
