Devin integration

Devin by Cognition is an AI software engineer. With the organization API (v3): start Devin sessions on a task, follow and message them, tag, archive or terminate them, upload and download attachments; manage automations that start sessions on events; run code scans, read findings and launch fix sessions; trigger Devin Reviews of pull requests; manage knowledge notes, organization secrets and repository indexing; read ACU consumption, usage metrics and organization members. Sessions, scans and reviews consume ACUs. Not exposed: the enterprise-scope API, the deprecated v3 playbooks and schedules routes and the legacy v1 and v2 APIs, environment setup (snapshot blueprints and builds), security profiles and the account-level AI Gateway metrics and model prices. Authentication is a service user API key or personal access token (cog_...) sent as a Bearer token; the connection also holds the organization id (org-..., shown at the top of Settings, Devin API). Each route needs the permission named in its description.

What you can do with Devin

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Session, 6 operations

Automation, 5 operations

Auto scan schedule, 2 operations
