Deftform integration

Deftform is an online form builder. With this API an agent can read the workspace, list its forms and their fields, read every submission of a form (answers are personal data entered by respondents) with an optional complete or incomplete filter, get a PDF link for one submission, add a submission to a form (no email is sent to admins or respondents), and change a form's settings (name, closing it, response limit, after-submit texts, notification emails, SEO, integration switches, CAPTCHA, numbering). The API has no routes to create or delete forms or webhooks. The workspace webhook signing secret and its Slack and Discord webhook URLs are not returned. Rate limit: 60 requests per minute and 1,440 per day per user. Authentication is an access token generated in the Deftform workspace settings, sent as a Bearer token.

What you can do with Deftform

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Response, 2 operations

Workspace, 1 operation

get_workspaceGet workspaceGETReturns the workspace the access token belongs to: name, branding images, default after-submission and confirmation email texts, reply-to address, timezone, locale and the owner's name and email. Read-only; also a cheap connection test.
