Integration

DealMachine integration

DealMachine is a US real estate data and direct-mail platform. Search and count properties and people (owners, residents, renters) by location and filters, look up properties and people by id, enrich by address, parcel number, coordinates, email, phone or name, check Do Not Call status, validate addresses, find comparable sales, export to CSV, and manage lists, prospects with their notes, tags, files and photos, tasks, recorded drives, webhooks and postcard mail campaigns with their designs and return addresses. Lookups, enrichment, searches, exports, address validation and DNC checks spend DealMachine data credits and return personal contact data (names, phone numbers, emails, home addresses) of property owners and residents; counts and cost estimates are free. Launching a campaign or adding properties to one mails physical postcards charged to the mail wallet. Not exposed: sign-up, OAuth and device login, plan checkout and wallet top-ups, creating a webhook or rotating its signing secret (the secret is shown only once and would land in run logs), the two-step prospect file upload, and the deprecated coordinate and location-autocomplete aliases. Authentication is a DealMachine API key (dm_sk_live_...) created in DealMachine's Developer Settings, sent as a Bearer token; every key is live, there is no sandbox.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in DealMachine.Built from the 122 DealMachine tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with DealMachine

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Id, 13 operations

  • cancel_campaignCancel campaignDELETECancels a campaign. A draft is cancelled; a ready, active or paused one ends as with end_campaign and its unsent mail stops. Mail already printed or with the carrier still arrives.

  • delete_return_addressDelete return addressDELETEDeletes a saved return address. The default address cannot be deleted: set another one as default first.
  • delete_webhookDelete webhookDELETEDeletes a webhook and its delivery log; nothing more is sent to its URL.
  • get_campaignGet campaignGETReturns one mail campaign with its steps, audience, status, return address and the contact details printed on its postcards.

How to connect DealMachine

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect DealMachine once

Add your DealMachine connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
