Integration

Curated integration

Curated is a newsletter platform for collecting links and publishing email issues. List publications and their categories, read published issues with their items and open and click rates, create draft issues, collect links and move them into a draft issue, and subscribe or unsubscribe email addresses and list subscribers. Issues cannot be published and text items cannot be collected through the API; deleting links and draft issues is not exposed. Authentication is the account API key (Account API Key on the account page) sent in the Authorization header as Token token=<key>.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Curated.Built from the 14 Curated tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Curated

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Link, 4 operations

  • create_linkCreate linkPOSTAdds a link to the publication's collected items (links only, text items cannot be collected through the API). Move it into a draft issue later with update_link.
  • get_linkGet linkGETReturns the details of one collected link. The vendor does not document the response fields.
  • list_linksList linksGETLists the collected links of a publication that do not belong to an issue yet. The vendor does not document the response fields.
  • update_linkUpdate linkPUTUpdates a link that is not in a published issue, or moves it into a draft issue (issue_id). Send only the fields to change.

Email subscriber, 3 operations

  • get_email_subscriberGet email subscriberGETReturns one email subscriber of the publication. The vendor does not document the response fields.
  • list_email_subscribersList email subscribersGETLists the email subscribers of a publication, by pages of per_page (vendor default 100, maximum 500). The vendor does not document the response fields.
  • subscribe_emailSubscribe emailPOSTSubscribes an email address to the publication; the subscriber receives the welcome email. Respects the publication's double opt-in unless sync=true.

Issue, 3 operations

  • create_draft_issueCreate draft issuePOSTCreates a new draft issue with the publication's default settings. Issues cannot be published through the API: publish from the Curated app.
  • get_issueGet issueGETReturns one issue in full: title, summary, URL, dates and its categories with their text and link items.
  • list_issuesList issuesGETLists the issues of a publication, with paging. Use state to get only published or only draft issues, and stats=true to add open and click rates.

Email unsubscriber, 2 operations

  • list_email_unsubscribersList email unsubscribersGETLists the addresses that unsubscribed from the publication, by pages of per_page (vendor default 100, maximum 500). The vendor does not document the response fields.
  • unsubscribe_emailUnsubscribe emailPOSTUnsubscribes an email address from the publication's list.

Category, 1 operation

  • list_categoriesList categoriesGETLists the categories of a publication; use a category code when creating or updating a link.

Publication, 1 operation

  • list_publicationsList publicationsGETLists the publications of the account with their id (needed by every other tool as publication_id), name and Curated subdomain key.

Use Curated from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Curated in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Curated operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Curated

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Curated once

Add your Curated connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
