ConverZAP integration
ConverZAP is a Brazilian WhatsApp CRM on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. Read and work the inbox (conversations, messages, notes, assignment, labels, snooze), send and schedule WhatsApp messages and templates, manage contacts with labels, custom fields and opt-out, run pipeline deals, create and run template campaigns, build automation journeys and enroll contacts, set up and test AI agents (briefing, draft, follow-up, scheduling, publish, activate), create templates for Meta review, manage outgoing webhooks and read inbox and AI reports. Sending, campaign, automation and agent tools reach real customers; most writes accept ConverZap-Dry-Run: true to preview without acting. Contacts, conversations and messages are personal data. Left out: rotating a webhook signing secret (it returns a new secret). Authentication: a per-user API key (czk_live_...) sent as a Bearer token, created in the app under Settings, Public API with the scopes the tools need; it acts as that user, never with more access than the user's role. Available on the Vendas, Completo and Enterprise plans; keys are read-only during the free trial. Rate limit per key per minute: 20 on the trial, 60 Vendas, 120 Completo, 300 Enterprise.
Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.
What you can do with ConverZAP
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Each badge shows the default agent permission of an endpoint (allowed: an agent calls it without asking; ask first: you are asked before an agent calls it, when the agent or chat asks permission for sensitive actions; never: no agent may call it), which every user can change endpoint by endpoint in their credential settings.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
