Integration

Connecteam integration

Connecteam is a workforce management app for deskless teams. Manage users, their custom fields, notes, smart groups and onboarding packs; create and update schedule shifts, unavailabilities and daily notes; clock employees in and out, edit time activities and breaks, read timesheet totals and manage geofences; handle time-off requests and balances, pay rates and company policies (pay rules, scheduling rules, working hours); manage jobs, quick tasks, form submissions and dropdown options, documents, chat messages and sales data. Shifts use the V1 Scheduler API (one shift per assigned user, available on every account). Left out: the V2 shift routes (JS Vision accounts only), webhook settings, file, payslip and document uploads, breadcrumb location reports and admin promotion. Write tools act on the live account: clock punches and time activities change employees' timesheets (and so payroll), pay rate tools change their pay, chat tools message real employees, and user deletion can be permanent. Authentication is an API key created under Settings > API Keys (Expert plan or higher; the hubs on the plan decide which endpoints answer), sent in the X-API-KEY header. Accounts hosted in Australia (api-au.connecteam.com) are not supported by this integration.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Connecteam.Built from the 134 Connecteam tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Connecteam

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use Connecteam from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Connecteam in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Connecteam operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Connecteam

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Connecteam once

Add your Connecteam connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
