CommPeak LookUp integration

CommPeak LookUp checks phone numbers: validate one number in real time (format, type, carrier, ported or roaming status through an HLR query, LRN and Do Not Call flags), or submit a batch and fetch its results later, then search past lookup results. It also reports the account's remaining credits and the price of each lookup type. Downloading a job as a file is not exposed (the vendor documents no response format for it). Authentication is a CommPeak Portal API key (Settings, API Access, with access to the LookUp service) sent as a Bearer token in the Authorization header; leave the key's IP ACL empty, since a key restricted to other IP addresses is refused.
