Cloutly integration
Cloutly is review-management software for service businesses. List the businesses (locations) of a Cloutly account with their rating and review count, read their reviews from Google, Facebook and other sites, publish a reply to a review, and send a customer a review invite by email or text message. The marketplace partner API (creating businesses, source authorization links, review insights) runs on another host with its own setup and is not included, nor is the Cloutly Embed iframe. Authentication is a REST API key from Settings, API Keys, sent in the x-api-key header. The default rate limit is 200 requests per minute.

What you can do with Cloutly
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
Api key, 1 operation
check_api_keyCheck api keyGETChecks that the API key is accepted (a health check). Answers ok true; any other answer means the key or the setup is wrong.
Business, 1 operation
list_businessesList businessesGETLists the businesses (locations) of the Cloutly account with their id, name, connected review sources, average rating and review count. Use the id as businessId in list_reviews and send_review_invite.
Review, 1 operation
list_reviewsList reviewsGETLists reviews from the connected sources with the total count, newest first by default. Each review carries its text, rating, source, reply status and the reviewer's name, and email or phone when known (personal data).
Review invite, 1 operation
send_review_inviteSend review invitePOSTSends a customer a review invite by email or text message (adds the contact to a business campaign). Sends at once unless inviteDelayDays is set. Give email or phoneNumber. Text invites use the account's SMS allowance.
Review reply, 1 operation
reply_to_reviewReply to reviewPUTPublishes a reply to a review on its source site (Google, Facebook...), visible to the public. Sending the same reviewId again replaces the existing reply. Check data.done: a reply can fail on the source side.
Use Cloutly from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
Connect Cloutly in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Cloutly operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.
claude mcp add --transport http livecontext https://livecontext.ai/mcp --header "X-API-Key: YOUR_API_KEY"[mcp_servers.livecontext]
url = "https://livecontext.ai/mcp"
[mcp_servers.livecontext.http_headers]
"X-API-Key" = "YOUR_API_KEY"{
"mcpServers": {
"livecontext": {
"type": "http",
"url": "https://livecontext.ai/mcp",
"headers": {
"X-API-Key": "YOUR_API_KEY"
}
}
}
}How to connect Cloutly
- Create your workspace
Sign up free. Nothing to install.
- Connect Cloutly once
Add your Cloutly connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
- Describe the job in chat
The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
