Cloudbeds integration

Cloudbeds is a hotel property management system. With the Cloudbeds API (v1.3) an agent can read properties, room types, rooms, rates and availability; search, create and update reservations, assign rooms and check them in and out; read and update guests and notes; post items, adjustments and payments to folios and house accounts; manage housekeeping, room blocks, group profiles, custom fields, taxes and fees; and push rate and restriction changes. Guest postal addresses, gender, birth date, nationality, ID documents, tax ids and card data are not returned (guest writes still accept them). Not exposed: card charging and card storage, file, photo and document uploads, webhooks, partner app settings and email templates, government receipts, property users, allotment block create and update, and multi-item custom postings (their nested bodies cannot be sent as a form). Write fields that the vendor takes as a list carry one entry per call (rooms[0], rates[0]). Most failures answer HTTP 200 with success false and a message; a missing or invalid key answers HTTP 401 and too many requests HTTP 429. Authentication: a property API key created in Cloudbeds under Account, Apps and Marketplace, API Credentials, with the scopes the tools need, sent in the x-api-key header; the user who creates it needs the API and Integration permission. API access is included in some Cloudbeds plans and is a paid add-on in others. A key stops working if unused for 30 days. Rate limit: 10 requests per second; repeated excess gets the caller's IP blocked.

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
