Clockodo integration
Clockodo is a time tracking and work time app for companies. An agent can start, change and stop the clock, book, edit and evaluate time and lump sum entries (grouped for invoicing), manage customers, projects, subprojects, services, lump sum services and hourly rates, co-workers, teams, access groups and access rights, target hours, vacation quotas and carryovers, overtime, holiday calendars and work time change requests. Absences (vacation and sick days) are not exposed, and user reports leave out sick, child sick, quarantine and maternity counts; account registration is left out too. Every call acts with the rights of the Clockodo user whose API key is used. Authentication sends that user's email and API key in the X-ClockodoApiUser and X-ClockodoApiKey headers, plus the required X-Clockodo-External-Application header (application name;contact email). Limits per user: 900 calls per minute, 2,250 per 15 minutes, 4,500 per hour and 20,000 per day; entry groups allow 10 calls per minute.
Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.
What you can do with Clockodo
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
