Clear Books integration
Clear Books is UK online accounting software. An agent can manage customers, suppliers, account codes, bank accounts and stock items, create and update sales documents (invoices, credit notes, quotes) and purchase documents (bills, credit notes, expenses), record payments and allocate them or credit notes to invoices, post journals and bank statement lines, and read VAT rates, transactions, the general ledger and the trial balance. Authentication is OAuth 2 (authorization code, single-use rotating refresh tokens); a user who authorised several businesses selects one per call with the X-Business-ID header.
Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.
What you can do with Clear Books
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
