Claap integration

Claap records, transcribes and summarizes meetings and calls, and links them to CRM deals, companies and contacts. List and read recordings with their transcripts, AI notes and coaching analytics; create a recording from a media URL or delete one; read and update CRM deals (stage, owner, amount), read companies, create and update contacts; manage folders, AI fields (define them, generate their values on recordings and deals), admin recording automations, workspace users, invites and user groups. Saved views can be listed and read to scope listings; creating, editing, deleting and pinning views is left to the Claap app. Authentication is a workspace API key created by an admin in Claap (Settings > API & Webhooks), sent in the X-Claap-Key header; private recordings need a key with Full access.

What you can do with Claap

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Field, 12 operations

Admin automation, 5 operations

Contact, 4 operations

Folder, 4 operations
