Checkvist integration
Checkvist is an online outliner and checklist app. An agent can list, create, update and delete checklists, read, create, update, move and delete list items (tasks) with tags, due dates, priority and assignees, close, reopen or invalidate items, set repeating dues, bulk-import items from text, and read, add, edit and delete notes on items. Login and token-refresh routes and file attachments on import are not exposed. Authentication is HTTP Basic: the user's login email as username and the Remote API key from the Checkvist profile page as password.

What you can do with Checkvist
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
Task, 8 operations
change_task_statusChange task statusPOSTClose, reopen or invalidate a list item. On an item with children, the children change status. Returns the item and its children.create_taskCreate taskPOSTAdd an item to a checklist with text, optional parent, tags, due date, position, priority and status. Irreversible.get_taskGet taskGETGet one list item followed by its parents up to the root item.import_tasksImport tasksPOSTBulk-import items from text (one per line, indentation for hierarchy) at the top of a checklist. Returns the updated item.update_taskUpdate taskPUTUpdate a list item text, parent, tags, due date, position, priority or assignees. Does not change status: use change_task_status. Use Checkvist from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
Connect Checkvist in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Checkvist operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

}How to connect Checkvist
- Create your workspace
Sign up free. Nothing to install.
- Connect Checkvist once
Add your Checkvist connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
- Describe the job in chat
The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
