Integration

Chatforma integration

Chatforma is a chatbot builder for Telegram, VK and Viber bots. List your bots, their subscribers (bot users), segments, open dialogs and messages; send a broadcast or a saved bot message to one user or a whole segment, now or at a scheduled time; add and remove users from segments; manage bot variables and per-user values; and subscribe a URL to form submissions. Writing into an open dialog is not exposed (the vendor does not document one of its required fields). Authentication is the API key from your Chatforma profile, sent in the api_key header.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Chatforma.Built from the 24 Chatforma tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Chatforma

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

User, 8 operations

  • add_user_to_segmentAdd user to segmentPOSTAdds one bot user to a segment.
  • get_user_variableGet user variableGETReturns the value a bot variable holds for one bot user.
  • list_bot_usersList bot usersGETLists a bot's users (subscribers), 100 per page by default: id, chat id, first and last name, creation and deletion dates. Contains personal data (names). Set deleted to 1 for users who left.
  • list_dialog_usersList dialog usersGETLists the users of a bot who have an open dialog, with the last message and its date. Contains personal data (names, message text).
  • list_segment_usersList segment usersGETLists the users in one segment of a bot: id, chat id, first and last name, creation and deletion dates. Contains personal data (names).
  • remove_user_from_segmentRemove user from segmentDELETERemoves one bot user from a segment. The user stays a subscriber of the bot.
  • send_user_broadcastSend user broadcastPOSTSends a text message to one bot user, now or at run_at. Real message to a real person. Returns the created dispatch with its status and delivery counters.
  • set_user_variableSet user variablePOSTSets the value of a bot variable for one bot user and returns the stored value.

Message, 4 operations

  • list_bot_messagesList bot messagesGETLists the saved messages of a bot (the messages built in the bot editor), with their id and name. Pass an id to send_bot_message_to_user or send_bot_message_to_segment.
  • list_dialog_messagesList dialog messagesGETLists the messages of one user's dialog with a bot, 30 per page by default; is_client_message tells the user's messages from the bot's. Contains the conversation text.
  • send_bot_message_to_segmentSend bot message to segmentPOSTSends one saved bot message (from list_bot_messages) to every user of a segment, now or at run_at. Real messages to real people.
  • send_bot_message_to_userSend bot message to userPOSTSends one saved bot message (from list_bot_messages) to one bot user, immediately. Real message to a real person.

Variable, 3 operations

  • create_variableCreate variablePOSTCreates a bot variable that stores a value per user. The name must be unique in the bot. Returns the created variable with its id.
  • delete_variableDelete variableDELETEDeletes a bot variable. There is no tool to restore it.
  • list_variablesList variablesGETLists the variables of a bot, with their id, name and type. Pass an id to get_user_variable or set_user_variable.

Auth test, 1 operation

  • get_accountGet accountGETChecks the API key and returns the email address of the Chatforma account it belongs to. Use it to test the connection.

Bot, 1 operation

  • list_botsList botsGETLists the bots of the account with their id, title and messenger type (for example telegram, vk or viber). Most other tools take a bot id from here.

Dispatch, 1 operation

  • send_segment_broadcastSend segment broadcastPOSTSends a text broadcast to every user of a segment, or to all of the bot's users when segmentId is 0. Real messages to real people. Returns the created dispatch with its status and delivery counters.

Form, 1 operation

  • list_formsList formsGETLists the forms (questionnaires) of one bot, with their id and name. Pass a form id to create_form_webhook, list_form_webhooks or get_form_submission_sample.

Notification, 1 operation

  • list_form_webhooksList form webhooksGETLists the webhook subscriptions of one bot form, each with its id and target URL. Pass an id to delete_form_webhook.

Notification sample, 1 operation

  • get_form_submission_sampleGet form submission sampleGETReturns a sample form submission for one form: the bot user (id, names, username), the date, and data as question and answer pairs. It shows the body a create_form_webhook URL receives.

Segment, 1 operation

  • list_segmentsList segmentsGETLists the segments (user lists) of a bot, with their id and name. Pass a segment id to list_segment_users or to send a broadcast to that segment.

Subscribe notification, 1 operation

  • create_form_webhookCreate form webhookPOSTSubscribes a URL to a bot form: each time a user completes the form, Chatforma POSTs the submission (as in get_form_submission_sample) to target_url. No signing secret exists, so deliveries cannot be verified. Read the id with list_form_webhooks.

Unsubscribe notification, 1 operation

  • delete_form_webhookDelete form webhookDELETERemoves a form webhook subscription, by the id list_form_webhooks returns. There is no tool to restore it.

Use Chatforma from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Chatforma in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Chatforma operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Chatforma

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Chatforma once

Add your Chatforma connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
