Botsonic integration
Botsonic (by Writesonic) is a no-code AI chatbot builder. With this API an agent talks to one Botsonic bot (asks it a question inside a chat and reads the reply with its sources), reads the bot's inbox conversations and ends a conversation, lists and deletes its training sources, adds web pages or sitemaps for training, and manages its FAQs and the starter questions its chat widget shows. Bot management (create, list or delete bots, read a bot's API key) needs a different account-level key and is not exposed, nor are the file and text upload routes, whose required id fields Botsonic does not document. Visitor IP addresses, the visitor form data captured in chats, live-agent identities and integration payloads are not returned. Botsonic plans include a monthly message pool and a character allowance for training data. API access is included on the Advanced and Enterprise plans and is a paid add-on on other plans. Authentication is the bot's API token (bot Integration page, REST API), sent in the X-BOT-KEY header.

What you can do with Botsonic
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

- Create your workspace
Sign up free. Nothing to install.
- Connect Botsonic once
Add your Botsonic connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
- Describe the job in chat
The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
